Author Guidelines - Paper Submission
Prospective authors are invited to submit full-length original research papers. By submitting a manuscript to IC2NS2 2026, the authors confirm that the work is original and that no paper substantially similar in content has been or will be submitted to another journal, conference, or workshop during the review period. Any violation of this policy will result in immediate rejection without review.
All papers must be submitted electronically through the Microsoft CMT submission portal before the specified deadline. Late submissions will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Manuscript Preparation Guidelines:
The manuscript should be 10–15 pages in length, including all text, figures, and references.
Submissions must be in PDF format only, with a maximum file size of 10 MB, following the Springer LNNS series guidelines.
If the final accepted paper exceeds 15 pages in Springer format, additional page charges will apply.
Short length paper not accepted
Paper Formatting and Margins: Please carefully follow the template for specifications.
Authors must ensure that the PDF is generated using tools that embed scalable fonts with all fonts included.
Restrict the Similarity Index below 20% and content overlapping below 3%.
Figures and images must not contain transparent pixels (no alpha-channel) to avoid rendering/printing issues.
The manuscript must be uploaded through the IC2NS2 2026 Microsoft CMT submission portal using this link: https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/ (The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.)
